Black Salt is used in magical workings to remove hexes, absorb anger, negativity and provides protection.  Sprinkly across your threshold, or line your windows.  You can put some in a bag to carry with you to help absorb any negativity.  Or you can place in a dish under your bed to help ward off nightmares.  Add a pinch to your floor wash before cleansing home to send negativity and bad spirits away.  This can stain so be careful of where you put it.
