This ceramic barrette has a crow stamp  with speckled brown glazing.  It has a metal clip on the back that can hold most thicknessess of hair.  These are made locally (to us) by Dawn of SunDog Ceramics who makes some lovely creations.
It measures 4" long by 1 1/2" wide.
