Guided Meditation & Soundbath

Service Description

This is a 1 hours session. In this session, I will start with a guided meditation to help you get into a relaxed state. Then I will use a variety of singing bowls to promote a deep sense of peace and balance. Sound can clear energy, remove blockages, and help you realign internally. It promotes calm and relaxation as well. It brings about harmony within and helps to release tension, stress, and feelings of disconnection and being ungrounded.

Cancellation Policy

Please call or message us to cancel. A no call, no show, will result in required, non-refundable deposit of 30% due when booking a reschedule. If you are late without prior notification, the session will end as scheduled. Due to occasionally having back to back clients, the time in between is necessary to not only impact the following client by them being taken late, but so I have time to reset the room. So if you show up 10 minutes late, the session will only be 50 minutes, but you will still pay full price. This is if you do not contact us to let us know you are running late. 10 minutes late, without communication will result in the session being cancelled automatically. Please respect yours and my time by communicating. We understand that things can come up.
